History

 

After purchasing the Clermont National Golf Course (fka Sanctuary Ridge GC) property on August 10, 2021, we spent the next 6 months in satisfactorily completing our Phase II Environmental  remediation work  and report, updating the CUP with the CIty of Clermont and covenants with the Summit Greens HOA, and finishing a golf course and driving range renovation plan with the original golf course architect & builder, Terry Lagree. 

 

By the time all the above was finished, severe supply chain issues, inflation and uncertain economic times, made us reassess our direction and it was decided to focus on getting the "Top of The Hill" started first.  This decision and direction was explained in our February 2022 newsletter update sent to all the Summit Green residents.

 

Since starting construction in February 2022 and focusing on the "Top of The Hill" first we have documented our construction progress on-line at www.clermontnational.com. These updates can be viewed below.
